At Saturday’s chocolate class at Chefs Warehouse I made a fuss about not having much of a sweet tooth… just a little one that is easily satiated with one or two blocks of Lindt chocolate after dinner… until this baby crossed my path:
They’ve been at it since 1845 and with this one they’ve achieved perfection – in my book. My sweet tooth turned into a fang and the slab was devoured in a matter of seconds. It’s from their new PASSION range… Noir with Caramel & Fleur de Sel. That’s dark chocolate with caramel and salt. Beautiful crunchy caramel and just a hint of salt bursting on the tongue.
Here I sit with just an empty wrapper and a sense of longing… IT’S NOT FAIR!!!!
